For products purchased from our website
https://www.ost.co.th, we are happy to accept returns or exchanges
within 5 days from the date the customer receives the goods. (We will use the delivery receipt issued by Thailand Post or the shipping company as the main reference.)
We will accept returns and exchanges in the following cases:
1. Incorrect products: The product does not match the customer's order (type, color, size).
2. Manufacturing Defects: Defects caused by the manufacturing process.
3. Incomplete Components: If any components of the product are missing or not complete as stated on the website.
4. Transportation Damage: The product is damaged during shipping and cannot be used. Evidence must be provided through a continuous video recording from the moment of unboxing until the damage is discovered.This is necessary to facilitate a claim with the carrier. (Compared to the video that the company took while packing the product into the box.)
5. Products to be returned for exchange must be in a good condition and undamaged packaging, and the quantity of products and parts must be complete.
* Regarding product exchanges,the company reserves the right to exchange for the same product ordered.
** We kindly request customers to record a video from unboxing the package provided by the delivery service and keep it for all orders as evidence in case of a return. This will benefit customers in terms of convenience in clarification process.
Return Procedure
If the product that the customer wishes to return or exchange comply to above terms and conditions, the customer can proceed with the return and exchange process as follows:
1. Notify us of your intention to return or exchange the product via:

Please provide the following information:
- Full name of the customer
- Contact number or the most convenient way to contact the customer
- Photo of the receipt or order issued by the company's system
- Reason for return or exchange
- Clear video and images for the customer's convenience.
2. We will contact the customer within 1 business day (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
3. After we have notified the customer of the result of the return or exchange request, please repack the documents and all received products back into the box along with standard packaging guidelines.and send them back to the company at the following address:

(Please kindly send the shipping evidence from the post office or shipping company to the company as well.)
Please complete this process within 5 business days from the date you receive the company's email confirming the product exchange.
4. In the case of a return, the company will ship the replacement product back to the customer within 5 business days from the date the company receives the returned product.
5. In the case of a refund, the company will refund the customer within 3 business days from the date the company receives the returned product. The refund will be transferred to the account that was used for the original purchase or to an account in the customer's name only.
